Greg and
Terri Dillon, broker-agent-owners of Realty Executives in
Chula Vista/Rancho Del Rey, Bonita, Eastlake and
Coronado, are some of the busiest and most successful
individuals in the San Diego area real estate industry. Greg's easy-going, friendly attitude gives no hint to the ambition and business saavy beneath, while Terri's classy and amiable manner also belies the staggering success she has attained. Not only do they run four busy offices, a mortgage division and property management, Terri stays focused on personally servicing the client's real estate needs. Underneath her passive disposition is one of the strongest negotiators and organizational talents that the real estate industry has ever seen. Greg and Terri are well known in their community, and they remain active in local events and military functions, and coordinate professional and family commitments. Greg received his real estate sales license in February of 1986, and by November, he was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager of the largest, corporate-owned brokerage in the area. With a characteristic drive to be the best, Greg's competitiveness ranked him as the top salesperson in his office by 1987, and in April of 1989, he was promoted to Branch Manager. While raising three small children, Terri worked in marketing and was introduced into real estate by assisting her husband's career. Shortly after Greg reached management level, Terri launched a full-time real estate career of her own. With quiet determination and a willingness to persevere, she received her real estate license in March of 1992, and by 1993, she was the top selling agent in her productive office of 35 agents. Never slowing her pace and commitment to success, her business continued to grow steadily year after year, regardless of market conditions.
